Blue Halo Agency is proud to support the sustainability and health sector through our partnership with the Cortada Foundation. We collaborated closely with their team to define a comprehensive brand identity and a forward-thinking social media strategy.
Our goal was to equip the Foundation with the tools they need to communicate their mission effectively. From high-level guidelines to practical daily tools, we provided a complete visual package that supports their growth and environmental advocacy.

Guidelines
We developed a Brand Book that serves as the visual cornerstone for the Foundation. This “mini brand guideline” covers their core identity as well as the unique sub-identities for their key projects.
We delivered a full suite of graphic elements and templates to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. By defining their visual standards, we ensured that every piece of communication aligns with their voice, mission, and values.
Social Media
Strategy &
Implementation
We translated their mission into an actionable social media strategy. Based on their goals and unique brand voice, we designed a roadmap for engagement without needing a prior audit. To demonstrate this strategy in action, we created a mock content calendar, showing exactly how high-level concepts translate into actual posts.
To support their internal workflow, we created a library of social media templates designed for specific topics and recurring themes. These ensure that their messaging remains consistent and on-brand, no matter who is posting.

Deliverables
Understanding the unique operational needs of a non-profit, we prioritized accessibility. We provided the final package in both professional Adobe editable files and user-friendly Canva templates.
This dual-format delivery empowers their student teams and volunteers to create professional-grade content easily, ensuring the Foundation maintains high standards without requiring advanced design software.
