Let’s be honest, sustainability used to be just a buzzword. Now it’s the bare minimum. 88% of people expect brands to help them live more sustainably, and they’re not afraid to call out the ones that don’t. Between climate chaos, questionable ingredients, and plastic-everything, people are demanding better. Not someday. Now. And that means brands have a choice to make.

Marketing can do more than sell. It can lead. Inspire. Drive real impact. At Blue Halo, we believe every message has the power to influence positive change. That’s why we’re working to bring sustainability into more of what we do, from the way we think about strategy to the clients we choose to work with.

Being more sustainable is not something we just do at work. Contributing to a more sustainable world is part of our personal lives too. It started with Viviane, our founder, and her passion for clean, healthy eating. As a mom, Viviane is all about real food for her kids. No junk. No shortcuts. Just the good stuff.

That same commitment extends to our team. One of us runs a compost program in her city. Another only buys secondhand clothes. Some of us grow our own food. It’s not about being perfect – it’s about showing up with purpose. That mindset shapes everything we do at Blue Halo. We team up with brands that care deeply about what they put out into the world, whether it’s a product, a service, or a message.

At the same time, we know no one has it all figured out, and that includes us. What really matters is wanting to do better and choosing to work with others who are trying to do the same. But we also know that good intentions alone aren’t enough. Greenwashing and vague claims have made audiences skeptical. When strategy is disconnected from truth, trust disappears. We’ve seen it happen too many times. That’s why we take our role seriously. Our job isn’t just to make something sound good. It’s to make sure it actually is.
